prepping for the feast
Nils and I will be cooking and baking up a storm in the kitchen starting tomorrow night.
So far this is our menu:
Tofurky and its fixings
Homemade vegetarian stuffing
Dill and basil mashed potatoes
Mushroom gravy
Yams
Cranberry sauce
Vegetarian meatballs
Brussel Sprouts
Cornbread
Biscuits
Vegan sugar free pumpkin pie with pecan topping
soy vanilla ice cream
Oh man, we are already experiencing a stomach ache just thinking about it. I can't wait!
We'll have my mom over in the morning and then friends in the evening.
Oh, how I am thankful for the life I have.
